Our Kinesiologists can offer you a safe space to exercise and improve in whatever health condition is holding you back from enjoying the things you love doing.

We provide bio-mechanical assessments, taking an in-depth look at musculoskeletal functioning and performance. In laymen’s terms; we will assess the effects of movement on your posture, gait and joint function. We can help you find potential sources of future injuries, provide support while recovering from existing injuries, and help you to identify where you have bio-mechanical challenges that need to be addressed. Our Kinesiologists design specialized therapy programs to maintain, rehabilitate or enhance movement, musculoskeletal functioning and performance in sports, work and recreation.

    Step 1 - Free Inital Consultation

    During the initial consultation, we are establishing the foundation of your exercise therapy/kinesiology sessions.

    The purpose is to create a blueprint together that guides us both through this journey we are about to begin.

    To do that we will set realistic goals, discuss your medical history, lifestyle and other environmental factors that can affect your recovery. If you have medical reports and imaging, feel free to bring them to this meeting as all information helps your Kinesiologist understand you better. These findings will also affect the tests that will be conducted in the Biomechanical Analysis

    Once we decided what path we are going to choose, we will create your own personal schedule to ensure that your exercise therapy fits into your daily life.

    Lastly, we can use the time together to get to know each other and to answer all of your questions.

    Step 2 - Biomechanical Analysis

    During this session, your Kinesiologist will apply all the data that we collected in your initial consultation. We will conduct an assessment that is tailored specifically to your goals and needs with the intend to understand how your body works and where the sticking points are that need to be addressed.

    We describe this step often as detective work, where we are investigating what biomechanical components are contributing to your ailments. The goal is to uncover as much information as possible on why you are in pain.

    During the Bio-mechanical analysis you Kinesiologist will evaluate your posture, physical capabilities, and joint function. These tests enable me to understand how your body responds to movement and ensures the exercises we prescribe can be performed safely. Additionally, we identify any underlying concerns that could affect your recovery and the root causes of per-existing injuries. These are addressed through training modifications and corrective exercises as part of your customized program.

    Understanding your body is crucial in creating the right program for you. Together we will launch your rehabilitation journey and benchmark your progress every four weeks. Get ready to stay on top of your progress, be motivated and celebrate your successes!

    Step 3 - Your Rehabilitation Program

    This is where all the information we collect about you will flow together into your fully personalized rehabilitation program.

    Every exercise we select for you has a specific purpose. Whether it is to create structural balance, gain muscle mass or to rehabilitate an injury - nothing is left to chance! After 4 weeks we will evaluate your results and you will receive an entirely new program. This keeps your rehabilitation process exciting, and you motivated. It will increase your proficiency in different exercises and movements as well as allow you to build your own catalogue of personal favourites.


    All our programs are 100% customized and as we all have unique requirements and abilities. We never recycle a rehab program or use them for different clients. You can be sure that the exercises we selected for you a tailored to what you need.
