Although we are a scientists, with our training methods rooted in research, we deeply care for our clients and value the relationship that forms from working closely together. Many people experience strength training or a gym environment as intimidating. We will ensure that you have a place that you can experience fitness as a place of comfort and safety while helping you reach your goals to increase your quality of life.

    Step 1 - Free Inital Consultation

    This is the starting point and possibly the most important step of your personal training journey.

    It’s an in-depth conversation about why you are here and what you want to accomplish.

    Together we will explore your personal goals and get to know each other. Your goals will direct everything from your initial assessment to the celebration we will have when you achieve them. Your goals are our compass. With these in mind, we will ask about your health status, injury history and lifestyle. These form the terrain we will navigate in the next steps and the foundation for how we can help you the best.

    The initial consultation also lets you to get to know your coach. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, address concerns and understand how personal training will fit in your life. We will set up your personal training schedule to make sure that your training fits into your daily life and get you set up for your first assessment.

    All consultations are in person so you can check out the amazing facility. A membership is not required.

    Step 2 - Physical Assessment

    In our first working session together, you and your coach will focus on how your body works, what capabilities you have, and any potential concerns we need to consider in the creation of your program. The assessment will consist of tailored bio-mechanical and body composition analyses.

    Bio-mechanical analysis is the evaluation your posture, physical capabilities, and joint function. These tests enable us to understand how your body responds to movement and ensures the exercises we prescribe can be performed safely. Additionally, we identify any underlying concerns that could affect your training and the root causes of per-existing injuries. These are addressed through training modifications and corrective exercises as part of your customized program.

    Body composition analysis consists of body measurements as well as a bio-electric impedance analysis using our InBody® scale. The results include your skeletal muscle mass, body fat, BMI, basal metabolic rate, and the number of calories you need in a day. This data is used to refine your goals and manage your progress.


    Understanding your body is crucial in creating the right program. Together we will launch your personal training journey and benchmark your progress every four weeks. Get ready to stay on top of your progress, be motivated and celebrate your successes!

    Step 3 - Your Personal Training Program

    Every personal training and nutrition program is 100% customized based. Your program is based on your goals and your body.

    Each exercise we select for you has a specific purpose. Whether it is to create structural balance, gain muscle mass or rehabilitate an injury - nothing is left to chance!

    After four weeks, we will evaluate your training results and your coach will create an entirely new program. This has a number of benefits. It keeps your training program exciting and helps you to stay motivated and consistent. It increases your proficiency in different exercises and movements. It builds your catalogue of personal favourites and helps you to develop your own training style.

    Your goals. Your body. Your program. We never recycle a training program or use them for different clients. Your program is tailored for where you are and where you are going.
