Do I need to have a certain level of fitness to get started?

Absolutely not! Whether you are recovering from an injury, never trained before or are a competitive athlete, we have the tools to help you improve and reach your fitness goals.

How does the monthly subscription work?

When subscribed to our services, we will bill you on the last day of the month for the projected sessions of the upcoming month.

If you end up not using all those sessions on that given pay-period, then those sessions simply carry over to the next month and will be deducted from your upcoming invoice.

That means you will never lose any unused sessions and you won’t be paying for any services you are not utilizing. Also, you won’t rack up tons of sessions that are impossible to use up.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Simple. Notify me about your cancellation 30 days before you next invoice and you won’t get billed from me anymore. No questions asked.

Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

No. You only need to purchase training sessions with us. No further fees exist.

What does a training session look like?

It depends 100% on you and your capabilities and goals. All programs and training sessions are custom made for our clients. We do not offer a one-size-fits-all service.

I have injuries or chronic pain. Can I still train with you?

Definitely. we have an extensive knowledge and years of experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Big gyms make me uncomfortable, can we train in a more exclusive space?

We will be training in an exclusive personal training studio in a private facility. Every effort will be made to ensure you feel comfortable and safe as you work towards your goals.
